In 2019, Sports Programmers, Inc. and Slide Rule Films released the feature-length documentary, College Basketball’s Purple Reign. It takes a deep dive into the game’s first cinderella story, the Holy Cross Crusaders — the little school that won two national championships and the players who changed basketball forever. The film ran at festivals, aired on NBC Sports Boston and won 5 awards, including 2 Boston/New England Emmy Awards for Best Director and Best Editor.
